Information you send us

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, optional email address, chosen branch and message. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

WhatsApp and phone

Booking buttons open WhatsApp or your phone app with a pre-filled message to the branch you choose. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Maps

Branch pages show an embedded Google Map. Google may set cookies or collect usage data when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited and which branch contact buttons are pressed.
